Service Lines

A Service Line approach to health care delivery is organized around broad categories of care:

• Primary care
• Specialty and Acute care
• Mental Health care
• Spinal Cord Injury care
• Geriatrics and Extended care

These programs are integrated across the Network to enhance the quality of care by developing consistent standards of care.

Care is provided along a seamless continuum based in primary care and coordinated among the facilities. This allows patients to move through a system of referrals to access the highest quality providers for their specialized need.
