Use this form to unsubscribe from the Veterans' Healthy Living newsletter mailing list. (Before submitting this form, please review VA's privacy policy, and policy pertaining to Information Collected from E-mails and Web Forms.)

Instructions:

1. Fill in your e-mail address. Make sure to enter the same e-mail address you used when you signed up.
2. Click the "Unsubscribe from Veterans' Healthy Living" button. You will then see a page that displays "Join or Leave the VANEWENGLANDVHL-L List. A confirmation request is being sent under separate cover". Wait for the confirmation e-mail. (The confirmation e-mail is sent in order to confirm your identity and prevent third parties from unsubscribing you from a list against your will)
3. Once you receive the confirmation e-mail, follow the instructions in the e-mail to confirm your request to unsubscribe or "signoff". There will be a link in the e-mail that you can use to confirm.
4. Once you confirm, you will be removed from the mailing list for Veterans' Healthy Living.
