The Information Management Service Line is responsible for the following functions:

  • Applications Management: Develops software interfaces, data reports, and web-based applications. Supports various healthcare software packages.
  • Data Warehouse and Web Development: Supports data warehouse creation, providing technical support and integrity management.
  • Operating Systems: Provides stable solutions though administration and maintenance of technology; monitors performance, and provides for system security.
  • Network Services: Supports, monitors, and maintains the Network 1 computer network infrastructure.
  • Information Security: Provides for the certification and accreditation of systems including risk management. Monitors access control both internal and external, and conducts security audits of systems.
